4MP EPs in inkscape

Its the bounding box of the artwork which determines what they class as 4MP

In Inkscape

1. Press Ctrl+A

2. Press F1 to activate the select tool toolbar

2. Click the lock icon on the toolbar between the width and height value boxes, to maintain aspect ratio

3. Set the width to be 2560 px or above, then press tab key

4. press Ctrl+Shift+r to match the page to the bounding box.

Done.
