Tips agar aman dari putus koneksi SSH restore sql db moodle ke docker

 💡 Tips agar aman dari putus koneksi SSH (opsional tapi disarankan):
Jika kamu restore dari dalam container tapi terhubung lewat SSH dan takut koneksi putus, gunakan screen atau tmux dari host/server sebelum masuk container.

Contoh:

# Di host/server sebelum masuk container
screen -S restore-moodle

# Masuk ke container
docker exec -it moodle-db bash

# Jalankan restore di dalam container
mysql -u root -prootpass moodle < /moodle.sql

Kalau putus, kamu tinggal reconnect SSH dan:
screen -r restore-moodle

Restore database backup ke container MariaDB Docker

 Moodle yang dijalankan di Docker bisa menggunakan database dari Moodle "native" (yang non-Docker) — baik itu hasil backup SQL (.sql) atau koneksi langsung ke server MariaDB/MySQL yang sudah ada.


Opsi A: Restore database backup ke container MariaDB Docker

Jika kamu punya file backup database Moodle (biasanya moodle.sql), maka:

1. Jalankan container MariaDB untuk Moodle

Pastikan kamu punya container mariadb untuk Moodle,

2. Restore database ke container

Misalnya kamu punya file moodle.sql:

 # docker cp /root/moodle2.sql mariadb:/tmp/moodle2.sql
Successfully copied 2.38GB to mariadb:/tmp/moodle2.sql


root@debian:~# docker exec -it mariadb bash

# Di dalam container:
mysql -u root -p nama_container_moodle < /moodle.sql (path sql)
I have no name!@1a92d6190fbd:/$ mysql -u root -p bitnami_moodle < /tmp/moodle2.sql

Saat diminta password, masukkan:


4. Setelah selesai, restart Moodle

Keluar dari container dulu (exit), lalu restart container Moodle

docker restart moodle
 

🔍 Uji akses Moodle di browser:

Buka: http://localhost:8080
Atau jika di server:http://<IP-server>:8080

Pasang Moodle 4.5.4+ di Docker,

🎯 Tujuan:

Menjalankan Moodle 4.5.4+ di Docker, bisa diakses online via Cloudflare Tunnel, di PC Debian 10 RAM 6 GB, bersamaan dengan WordPress.

✅ LANGKAH-LANGKAH SETUP

1. 📁 Buat Folder Moodle
mkdir -p ~/moodle-docker
cd ~/moodle-docker

2. 📝 Buat docker-compose.yml
nano docker-compose.yml

Isi dengan:

    image: bitnami/moodle:4.5.4
    container_name: moodle
    ports:
      - "8088:8080"  # gunakan port unik
    environment:
      - MOODLE_DATABASE_HOST=mariadb

Gunakan port 8088 agar tidak bentrok dengan WordPress (biasanya port 80).


3. ▶️ Jalankan
docker-compose up -d

Cek status:
docker ps


. 🌍 Akses Lokal

Cek dulu lokal:
http://localhost:8088
atau dari HP/laptop dalam jaringan lokal:
http://IP-PC:8088

🔹 1.2. Tambahkan GPG key Docker

🔹 1.3. Tambahkan repo Docker stable
add-apt-repository "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/debian $(lsb_release -cs) stable"

🔹 1.4. Install Docker
apt update
apt install docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io -y

🔹 1.5. Cek versi Docker
docker --version

🧰 LANGKAH 2: Install Docker Compose (manual karena Debian 10)
Walaupun Docker Compose sekarang sudah bisa dijalankan langsung lewat docker compose, lebih stabil untuk Debian 10 jika kita instal manual versi plugin-nya.
🧩 1. Install Docker Compose plugin resmi
apt install docker-compose-plugin -y

Setelah itu, cek:
docker compose version

Kalau sukses, akan muncul semacam:
Docker Compose version v2.27.1

Jika Compose sudah siap, kita akan lanjut ke:

Setelah sekian lama menggunakan Ubuntu 16.04, akhirnya dipaksa peningkatan juga ke Ubuntu 20.04

Berawal dari proses mematikan di 16.04 yg sangat lama sampai 1 jam belum mati-mati, lalu saya paksa dengan menekan tombol daya, berakhir dengan sistem rusak dan tidak bisa melakukan pengebutan kembali. Tidak mau ambil pusing penyelesaian masalah dan pengawakutuan sekaligus PC butuh segera untuk bekerja, akhirnya saya pasang ulang + coba peningkatan ke 20.04.
.
Impresi awal 20.04 adalah durasi animasinya kelamaan, jadi kurang responsif dan terkesan lemot . Lalu saya pasang ekstensi Impatience dan set kecepatannya jd 0.25 . Dan udah jadi wus-wus. 😁
Hal yg kurang nyaman bagi saya 1 lagi adalah Ruang kerjanya vertical. Sedangkan saya lebih nyaman ruang kerja dengan tipe kisi 2x2 seperti di 16.04 . Pasang Workspace Matrix, ruang kerjanya bisa jadi kisi lagi dan sekaligus bisa 3x2.
.
Untuk kebutuhan kerja, saya pasang peramban Chrome dan editor teks VSCode. Tanpa pasang-pasang pengaya dan ekstensi, langsung siap digunakan. Terimakasih kepada direktori /home yang berada di partisi tersendiri. 👏👏👏
.
Belajar dari pengalaman sebelumnya, karena tidak ingin pasang perangkat lunak,layanan di sistem dan menjaga sistem tetap ringan, saya pasang docker untuk menjalankan peladen postgres-sql dan peladen redis. Saat ini mungkin hanya butuh 2 layanan itu saja, tapi kedepannya saya pasti butuh peladen mariadb,peladen mongodb,peladen rabbitmq,dll. Jadi docker ini sangat memudahkan bagi saya yang malas melakukan konfigurasi dan ingin segera bekerja. 💃
.
Untuk tampilan cukup sederhana saja. Menonaktifkan Ubuntu Dock, pasang tema dan ikon gelap MacOS, pasang kertas dinding MacOS Big Sur, dan pasang planck.
