Nah Setelah itu edit konfigurasi file Cups yang terletak di bagian "cupsd.conf", Silahkan Ketikka perintah Berikut

#nano /etc/cups/cupsd.conf

Setelah itu scrool kebawah dan cari bagian

<Location /admin>

Tambahkan "Allow from all"

Setelah tu cari juga bagian

<Location /admin/conf>

Tambahkan Juga "Allow from all"

Nah Setelah selesai silahkan restart cups dengan cara

#systemctl restart cups

 

 Kemudian cek apakah cups sudah aktif atau belum untuk cara ceknya sebagai berikut

#systemctl status cups.service

Jika muncul seperti ini berwarna Hijau maka cups sudah aktif

 

masih gagal ini:

Stelah itu kita akses lewat web browser dengan cara Ketikka Ip server anda dan port default adalah 631

Share Printer dari Windows 10 ke Ubuntu 20.04

 Saya mau menshare printer dari PC ke Laptop ini
PC dengan OS Windows 10 dan Laptop ini dengan OS Ubuntu 20.04
Bagaimana caranya?

Pertama setting PC dan laptop dalam 1 jaringan
PC dengan ip 192.168.1.98        (ip statis)
Laptop dengan ip 192.168.1.xxx        xxx bebas saja

dalam hal ini Printer di PC harus kita share terlebih dahulu
namun sebelumnya di PC Windows 10 harus diaktifkan SMB 1

caranya buka: Turn Windows features on or off
lalu centang di SMB 1.0
Ok , nanti windows akan update fiturnya (mungkin restart)

Setelah aktif tanda centangnya SMB 1.0
buka printer properties
pada tab Share, centang Share This Printer
kemudian untuk memudahkan Ganti Share Name dengan nama singkat,
dalam hal ini saya ganti menjadi MP28
OK
cek ip PC Windows 10 nya, catat, contoh untuk saya ipv4  nya:
192.168.1.98

Selanjutnya buka printer di laptop ini

Printer
Additional Printer Settings
Add
Network Printer
Windows Printer via SAMBA

masukkan alamat ip PC/nama share printernya
Pada authentication, masukkan password dan username akun di PC nya
akun login PC Windows 10 (jadi harus dibuat passwordnya)

saya pilih Canon
forward

cari type printer canon yg terhubung ke PC Windows 10 nya
dalam hal ini printer saya CANON PIXMA MP287 maka saya pilih PIXMA MP280
forward

ganti Printer Name, contoh saya ganti MP28 di Server
Apply

Printer added (artinya printer sudah ditambahkan)

klik Print test page untuk test printer yg sudh kita tambahkan

Printing
dan printing completed

Kita sudah berhasil menshare Printer dari PC Windows 10 ke Laptop Ubuntu 20.04

Cara Setting Printer Menggunakan Tinta Hitam saja di Ubuntu

Saat mencetak di kertas, tinta hitam kelihatan habis, maka perlu diisi. Setelah diisi coba cetak lagi ternyata masih kelihatan warna hitam tidak tercetak dengan bagus. Perlu dicetak hitam saja untuk memastikan bahwa tinta hitam printer telah terisi dan bisa dicetak dengan baik di Ubuntu. Dalam hal ini saya menggunakan ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Pertama buka firefox (atau browser lainnya), ketikkan localhost:631, enter.

Klik di bagian Printers, paling ujung kanan atas.

Klik nama printer di kolom Queue Name. Dalam hal ini printer saya Canon-MP280-series.

Klik Administration, lalu pilih modify printer,  akan muncul autentikasi pengguna, masukkan username dan password pengguna Ubuntu, OK. Klik continue. Sekali lagi continue.

 

Selanjutnya pada layar Modify Printer Canon-MP280-series, klik Modify Printer di bagian paling bawah. Lalu tutup browser firefox.

Klik start menu Ubuntu, pilih System Settings. pilih Printers. 

Pada bagian Printer Options, Ganti Color Model: RGB Color dengan grayscale.  

Pada bagian Ink Types; ganti jadi Black. Pada bagian Ink Set: Black. lalu apply dan OK.

Terakhir silakan melakukan pencetakan.
